Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any website or service operated by WeTalkingTech Labs Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), including wetalkingtechlabs.com and propertydesk.wetalkingtechlabs.com (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

WeTalkingTech Labs Inc. builds vertical software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for underserved industries. Our current product, PropertyDesk, is a cloud-based property management platform designed for independent landlords and small property management companies.

The PropertyDesk platform currently operates as a waitlist. Features described on our marketing pages represent the intended product and are subject to change. We do not guarantee the availability, timing, or final scope of any feature prior to general release.

3. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account or join a waitlist, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at info@wetalkingtechlabs.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on our Services are the exclusive property of WeTalkingTech Labs Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features of PropertyDesk are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

7. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we cease to offer the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content on our Services or any third-party websites linked to from our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WeTalkingTech Labs Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

10. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any concerns informally first. If you have a dispute, please contact us at info@wetalkingtechlabs.com and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration will be conducted in English. This does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as an email notification). Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
